I will NOT create artwork that includes hateful, offensive, or illegal content.

Commissions are for personal use only.

I reserve the right to post completed commissions on my social media, portfolio, and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed upon.

My artwork may NOT be used for AI training, machine learning, or any AI-generated content purposes.

My artwork may NOT be used in NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens) or cryptocurrency-related projects.

I just won't draw anything I'm not comfortable with. If you're not sure, feel free to ask! :)

All commissions must be paid in full upfront via PayPal or Ko-fi in USD within 48 hours of commission acceptance. Failure to make payment within this timeframe will result in the cancellation of your commission. Work will not begin until payment is received.

Prices can be subject to change based on complexity, deadlines, or additional requests. To get a price inquiry, please contact me via Twitter, Bluesky, or Ko-Fi direct messaging.

Full refunds are only available if I have not started the commission.

Partial refunds may be issued based on progress completed.

No refunds will be given once the final artwork is delivered.

If I need to cancel a commission due to unforeseen circumstances, a full or partial refund will be issued.

Most commission types will receive a sketch for approval. At that stage, you have a right to revision.

I will send progress updates at key stages (e.g., sketch, line art, base colors) for approval.

Once a commission is completed, only minor adjustments (such as fixing coloring errors or small markings) are permitted. Major modifications, including changes to the pose, expression, hairstyle, outfit, or background, will incur an additional fee.

Drawing speed varies, but generally will not take more than a month. If for any reason your commission is delayed (such as health, commission load, complexity, family issues, etc) you will be notified.

I expect professional and respectful communication. Harassment, rudeness, or inappropriate behavior will result in commission termination without a refund.

You may ask for updates at any time.

I retain the copyright to all artwork I create.

You may use the commissioned artwork for personal use only (e.g., profile pictures, wallpapers, personal prints.) Note: Writing "credit to the artist" is NOT proper credit. Please include my username and specify the platform.

You may NOT claim my artwork as your own, resell, edit, etc.
